Get a score on Fran/Fight Gone Bad/1 mile run and/or 2K Row this week! You can use your Fran or FGB score from this month if you were here.


If you are done with testing, then:

Strength:

Shoulder Press 3x5

Metcon:

Three rounds for time of:
Run 200 meters
7 Push presses, 70 pound dumbbells
14 Ring rows

Head over to CF Asheville for "Fran" (12:00 - 1:30 PM, don't forget to register at wncfitnessevents.com)....then have a SAFE and fun NYE.
