1 athlete working at a time...athletes can "tag out" and hand work to a teammate at any time. Teams can organize rotations and/or strategize however they'd like.

4 minutes of:

Building Laps

Thrusters

Jump Rope

Wallballs

Each movement is scored as its own event. We'll post winning teams of each event, plus a combined winner, to facebook and on the whiteboard! Team selection is totally random and done by drawing before the events.
