Strength

Burgener Warmup

15 minutes to find a 1RM snatch.

 

WOD

12 minutes. As many reps as possible of:

1 Snatch + 1 Burpee

2 Snatch + 2 Burpee

3 Snatch + 3 Burpee

4, 5, 6.........

 

Dessert

3x20. Med ball sit-ups

* throw ball to target just out of reach.
