This WOD will run all week until the box is completely set up! Once we are done setting up we will begin running the stamina portion (mobile wods) through the River Arts District. WEAR YOUR CROSSFIT PISGAH SHIRTS!!!!!!

Strength

15 Minute Time Cap

-Observe the drawing on the WOD Board

-Make a Plan

-Start Setting Up!

-Mobile WODs after gym is completely set up

Durability

-40 Minute Jog, Run or Ruck meet and great through the River Arts District

 

Kevin, Hurt, and Ben spent all Sunday evening moving the gym from Merrimon into the new building. Now its your chance to pitch in and be part of the evolution of CrossFit Pisgah by helping to set up our new box! This is your chance to make it yours and then explore the River Arts!
