Getting started with CrossFit is simple at CrossFit Pisgah!

All clients that are new to CrossFit enter the program the same way, with a free 45-minute intro session. These can be scheduled to your convenience. Contact Hayette Bouras at hayette@crossfitpisgah.com or call 828-767-2189 to reserve your spot or to ask any questions regarding getting started.

If you are a CrossFit veteran, feel free to come visit one of our normal classes. There is no charge for your first class!

The intro session is a complimentary information and training session. You'll get a chance to learn more about our program and actually experience a CrossFit workout for yourself. We will discuss our training methodology, history and specifics about our gym while laying the groundwork for beginning your CrossFit career. CrossFit workouts are measureable, observable, and repeatable, so goal setting is an integral part of the intro. The purpose is to help us serve you better by getting to know your goals and expectations, fitness level, and experience. After your intro, you can choose one of several membership options that give you access to our group fitness program and classes.
