Would you expect to get serious about something, then be great at it immediately? Absolutely not...you realize doing anything worthwhile (gaining mastery at an art, a movement, a skill) takes time and practice. Nutrition is a skill, or even an art! It's not something you can decide to do and achieve mastery immediately. If you want to eat healthier, just decide to make it a priority, then work to improve on it each day, realizing it's going to take some time. Eventually, you'll be performing at a level you will be very proud of...
