Strength: Deadlift – 8 rounds, every 60 seconds perform 2x deadlift (Pyramid up each set)

Stamina: 5 rounds, Timed:

5x deadlift @ ending weight on strength pyramid,

10x bent over DB row,

30 second handstand hold,

10 Wall Ball
